Whether you're looking to find your rhythm in Zumba, build strength in Pilates and Barre, or challenge yourself with Circuits and Bootcamp, our classes offer a refreshing variety of whole-body workouts to keep you motivated.
When: Thursdays from 9:30 AM – 10:15 AM
Dates: March 19th – May 12th (9-week session)
Where: Carlyle OneChurch
Cost: $65 for the full session
